Trouble installing Internet Explorer - Microsoft Community


hi having trouble installing internet explorer 11 onto computer. have empty internet explorer 9 folder without program in has folders inside nothing in them. every time try , install ie 11 says did not finish installing , says check internet explorer troubleshooter when click on comes with; "windows did not find http://go.microsoft.com/fwink/?linkid=299204. make sure typed name correctly , try again"
