Trying and failing to downgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 8.1 on Blu - Microsoft Community


hi,

as facebook messenger no longer available windows 8.1 upgraded phone (blu win jr lte) windows 10.  i hate (keyboard small, text small, slow, awful calendar, worse music app etc) trying revert windows 8.1

i've downloaded windows device recovery tool pc.  followed instructions.  after connecting phone instructs switch phone off, hold power button until phone vibrates, press volume button when cog , lightning icon should appear on screen.

 when black , white text menu entitled "bds menu" appears,  the way rid of menu press reset button on of phone.

i'm not techie stuck.  desperate downgrade 8.1 hate 10 much

anything else appears screen aside message bds menu, , on pc show?
