have problem update windows.
when update ready , windows ask me restar instaliation. after doing step update crash , see blue screen such text: " windows 10 insider preview 14986 (rs_prerelease) — ошибка 0x80242006".

what can do?

remove 3rd party virus/malware programs using tools maker of such software, removed plugged usb's/media slots except wired kb/mouse, when posting helpful if post info system such make/model, home or pro, 32 or 64 bit, make sure signed in same msa used when first joined insiders/preview program
