WP10 Defunct Apps Still Waiting For Update - Microsoft Community


hi folks,

i have seem simple issue, can't seem find information regarding it. when upgraded ms 950 phone previous lumia 640, transferred settings normal. 640 had defunct msn health , fitness , msn travel applications installed , when did transfer, appeared on app list on new phone "pending..." 

now these apps have been retired , they'll never drop out of pending download status, can't removed tap-holding , selecting "uninstall" (that option greyed-out). if go store , check updates, don't appear there.

is there simple thing i'm missing, allow me remove these? doesn't impact operation of phone, merely annoying, wouldn't want wipe , restart eliminate simple issue.

the way remove these apps performing hard reset. bring phone factory settings.

give update outcome.
