After Build 16199 update - Windows Webcam-Camera not working - just - Microsoft Community


try camera bash quests camera opens black screen message:

"something went wrong if need here's error code: 0xa00f4271 (0x80004005)"

have tried following solutions:

reset camera app

uninstalled camera app & re-installed

check download & update in windows store

added camera app allowed apps in windows defender firewall

since mentioned have installed preview build 16199, looks issue driver related. recommend install latest driver , check if resolve issue. @ same time, please reminded since using preview build, current drivers available camera may not compatible @ time. suggest submit feedback using built-in feedback hub on pc advise our developers of issue encountered.
