Cannot Install Preview Apps from MS Store - Microsoft Community


dear windows insider community

i found win10 insideros installed on sisters win8.1 has new preview paint 3d , wondered how come have not had offer due to, pc first pc installed our win10 insideros.

i have found out version specs has not been attributed pc.
know why, finding difficult gain access,

i cannot remember being inform pc no longer supported, if case.

my version is  1607 , build 14393 .693
preview offers builds 15002 , 14986,

i cannot apps ms store our ms win insider feedback option.

what problem pc?

  • are referring windows store, or microsoft store website?
  • what error message getting?
