Cortana for Android doesn't work anymore on my phone - Microsoft Community

i installed cortana android. worked fine while. signed out of old microsoft account log in  with new microsoft account. signed out app went blank screen , doesn't work anymore. know if there way use again. uninstalled reinstalled app still blank screen. help?

i solved updating my android system webview via google play

on android 7.0 , above android system webview part of google chrome. updating , enabling webview described above therefore isn't possible anymore. in case got blank screen issue related this...

i got cortana , other apps (with same issue) work again following metode:

1. go phone settings > apps > chrome, press disable

2. update , enable android system webview (see link above)

3. apps blank screen likely work again. :)

dilemma, don't have google chrome, other apps likely works, 

in cortana had sign app using webview, , enable google chrome again making both apps work side side. in apps uses webview more frequently, disabling , enabling chrome regularly might downside, belive solved downloading brownser dolphine, firefox etc.

with new apps , updates belive entire issue fixed, until then, might give try.
