why can't receive emails on phone but,they on laptop.tried syncing them message saying there problem.have'nt received email 39 days .getting pissed off

what message , error codes?

what phone using , have updated wp10?

is email account microsoft account?

the phone , laptop sync account online, not each other.

this peer peer forum. can't if waited long help.
