'Internet explorer has stopped working" when I check email - Microsoft Community


while checking e-mail keep getting message "internet explorer has stopped working" closes , re-opens.  this happens several times each session.  my wife has same problem.  this happens when use msn.  if go e-mail through google not happen.  any suggestions?

  • were there changes made before experiencing issue?
  • do same error message when you access other websites in internet explorer 11?
  • does the same issue happen when access email account different browser aside google?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
