Internet Explorer is not working Windows 7 - Microsoft Community


i can't move files/folders dragging , dropping external hard drive without "internet explorer not working" message popping up. have tried copy , paste computer external hard drive same message comes up.

i have tried disabling anti-virus , did clean boot, hasn't helped.

i need save folders , files on external hard drive getting new computer. stuck!

any suggestion?
