Locate phone - Microsoft Community


my phone stolen , person stwiched off tha can't locate nor ring it. since phone blocked code think reinitialise phone (the step reinitalisation found on internet of course!). question possible locate phone after reintialisation? if no, microsoft working on this? need purchase new 1 , need these answer able know if can buy 1 microsoft
