Microsoft Surface - Extremely Reluctant To Buy Due To Microsoft Track - Microsoft Community

the new surface pro looks interesting, won't purchase because microsoft name attached it. let me explain - got extremely turned off of microsoft after watching did outlook email system. rolled out so-called "upgrade" filled bugs , refused respond customer complaints it. 

i had been using hotmail/outlook accounts more 20 years, long-time loyal microsoft customer. yet, every time rolled out new "upgrade" - system got slower, buggy, unstable , unreliable. latest 1 - year or ago - absolute disaster - riddled bugs, disappearing files, login issues, , other problems.  thousands of longtime email users flocked community forum, asking - begging - microsoft restore old email system, , yet microsoft refused listen customers. many requested microsoft offer bare-bones email system (that fast , reliable) , allow people "opt in" bells , whistles causing many problems. microsoft ignored these requests. "let them eat cake" attitude real turnoff me.  any company shows such utter disregard long-time customers not company wish purchase products from.
