Not possible to play ringtones / Lumia 650 DS, WM 10 - Microsoft Community


in lumia 650 not possible play ringtones.

settings of ringtones ok, if i want play chosen sound, icon play doesnt work (arrow on left side of title of sound).

if want hear sound, has call me.

phone: lumia 650 ds, windows mobile 10, 1703, slovakia. updated.

has same problem?

is possible solve it?

we want know more issue on playing ringtones on phone. please provide following information:

  • when did issue start?
  • have tried troubleshooting?

in meantime, can perform soft reset refresh phone. method safe attempt , not remove files or data. this, press , hold volume down and power button until phone vibrates , restarts.
