Online Help Desk violating my laptop during 2 sharing sessions - Microsoft Community

i start off asking, outside company seems siloed accountability improper procedures.  i have had previous case kept closing case without resolving issue.  the latest friday february 3 today exposes how company seems things make immune followup.  briefly reason contacting them centred on outlook.com no longer working outlook desktop.  aside incoherent instructions on how deal it, how desk (i emphasize not microsoft) handled issue unacceptable , exposes users serious risk.  in first case, while sharing laptop them, after long period of thought perhaps "sleeping" tech, discovered tech had several windows open unknown me , closely watching.  in end, tech partially fixed issue required me revisit them on saturday feburary 4.  that tech fixed issues in doing, tech kept sharing open , when survey came up, completed survey give himself 5 star rating , closed everything.

i quite shocked can happen.  i have tried escalate issue end in loop cannot address microsoft.  it impossible contact true microsoft person hear complaint.  i wondering there actual "humans" @ canadian office in mississauga ontario.  

all asking, microsoft review history , take action reign in wild west mentality of company charged running desk.  i left desk requests got them empty promises.

so still knocking on microsofts door hear have say.

knock knock microsoft.  you have serious security problem desk along integrity issue them.  i closely monitoring laptop malware whole experience unnerving.

personally, i'd try contacting microsoft store customer support number or worst case, go physical store there in mississauga,square 1 shopping centre if else fails, since group responsible selling product understand it.

leaving information here isn't help, since consumer volunteers , different contracted support forums spend time here.
