W10 - Adobe Flash Player - Microsoft Community


for subsidy files gave make non-profit organisation, need upload annexes via adobe flash player.

if check settings : button adobe flash player 'on', app should included in edge.

the upload doesn't function, andwhen go on adobe site, , click on test, message 'flash player disabled.

how possible. in w10 settings, use of flash player ic put on 'on',which mean can use it, doesn't function, , adobe site player enabled ?

can helpe me,please ?
