Why is my phone so often not be able to Connect when it should from - Microsoft Community

this happens me time. must broken inside of i've learned keep trying or turn phone off & on , able website since mysteriously 'connected' though of settings same before wi-fi & lte data icons.
aggravating heck, obviously. :-(
it's not virus thing has done ever since got t-mobile in warranty exchange year ago.
reason didn't return since copy of nokia lumia 635 behaved better first 1 , since won't connect stuff every few days , didn't realize @ time how annoying can on time.
products supposed perform @ least level, neither copy of lumia 635 i've had has, in mind. maybe expectations higher in today's generation more used imperfections in technologically based things.
i've becomes aware on time of trying soft resets & hard (factory)resets , neither has fixed deal.
thing has less 1/2 and really 1/4 of acceptable minimum ram current smartphone of type has little know technology, i'm pretty sure couldn't cause of mess although causes of other shortcomings.
i've been lifelong owner of small manufacturing business of wheels racing go-karts, know thing or 2 product design & development along quality standards , customer expectations.
happens anywhere am, either out using lte or 4g, in house using our wi-fi , possibly booster bought trying fight deal, or in public place has free wi-fi. doesn't matter so.
honestly, can loose internet , on phone says has 100% if knew how use it.

mean phone fails connect internet lte , wifi available? if so, first make sure phone up-to-date. go settings , verify date, time, region , language settings match each other. lastly, try clearing history in internet explorer , try opening webpage again.
