Windows Store Crashing / Closing After Loading - Microsoft Community

i created quick video here

 to show, can launch seems apps except windows store , xbox. other apps open , function properly. 

i have tried below.

• sfc /scannow
  • result: windows resource protection did not find integrity violations

• wsreset.exe
  • result: ran successfully

• dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup
  • result: "the operation completed successfully."

• powershell -executionpolicy unrestricted -command "& {$manifest = (get-appxpackage microsoft.windowsstore).installlocation + '\appxmanifest.xml' ; add-appxpackage -disabledevelopmentmode -register $manifest}"
  • result: ran successful

• checked time , date settings
  • they correct

• dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  • result below

  error: 0x800f081f
  
  source files not found.

thank detailed post. possible issue due missing system file. great if can tell more issue.

• when did issue start?
• did notice system setting changes prior issue?
• have installed latest updates windows insider preview?

regarding error code 0x800f081f, shows when installing microsoft .net framework. please make sure .net framework 3.5 enabled on windows features.

1. click start button.
2. type turn windows features on or off, hit enter. if prompted, click yes or enter administrative password.
3. make sure that .net framework 3.5 (includes .net 2.0 , 3.0) selected.
4. click ok save changes.
5. restart pc.
