i'm @ 80% on "preparing install step". find these builds take forever install. 3 hours

 

i've got 15mbs internet connection , acer e15 aspire quad core 2.66 ghz chip , 4 gb ddr 3 l memory.  

lucky me though haven't had major problems these builds year. lots of bsod's in '14 ,'15, , '16 nothing major can recall since then. 

, running.  101 minutes.
