Hotmail account on Windows phone - Microsoft Community

i have outlook mail app running on nokia 635, running windows 10. used app view gmail, exchange mail, , hotmail.i had each email account pinned start screen, each unique icon. hotmail no longer works. when try access it, error saying unable retrieve single sign on token. icon disappears start screen.

the way able icon on start screen launch outlook, , select hotmail account drop down menu. went menu pin start screen.

u deleted hotmail account phone several times , readded it, still have same issue.

i did reset password before started happening.
