Issues connecting to WiFi so unable to back up the phone - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have lumia 640 , have read if it's not connecting soft reset, did nothing next step, hard reset, wanting know how can without wifi or phone coverage not coverage @ house. other devices in house working know no issue router.

the other information says update of phone yet again cannot without wifi or coverage. 

i have completed soft reset , still not working, comes message "can't connect wifi network dodo didn't respond. try again later. close."

please me work out out unhappy support provided, useless phone glorified alarm clock can use @ moment

better assist wifi connection issue, please answer following questions:

  • which windows version running on phone?
  • have tried deleting dodo wifi connection phone, reconnect it?
