Lumia 650 stores network wrong IP - Microsoft Community

can not delete it!! it's house network stuck, no wifi phone if can not remove network , create new 1 house network correct ip address! how delete ! 650 bought cricket or not have newest firm ware have read fixes wifi issue , gives phone double tap turn on. . issue? im pissed off. right have use data connect site! don't option delete network. have turn wifi off , on not sure make entry sequence. when option holding down on errant network , menu delete it still appears in listing errant ip address!! im ready chuck phone in trash , me real phone without kind of bs

method 1
let's start working on performing soft reset. try perform soft reset having phone turned on, press , hold volume down button , power button until phone vibrates , restarts.

note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears).

once phone , running, check if issue persists.
