Microsoft Store Rewards don't work - Microsoft Community
i purchased , entered microsoft rewards scratch , win, when confirmed purchase, showed page blank gray box in middle. reloaded page see if didn't load correctly, said had buy new entry continue. bought again see if work on second try, no such luck.
the attached screenshot shows looked after purchased it.
any ideas on why didn't work , how fix it?
