Problems with Internet Explorer 11 under Win 10 - Microsoft Community

i hoping can me resolve issue.

running internet explorer 11.0.32 under windows 10 pro. reason there seems sites that, when try access them, seem take long time come up, or "hang ie 11 - little wheel in tab continues go around , around no resolve show url requested. solution invoke task manager , shut down ie 11 , restart trying close "spinning wheel" site not work , trying shut down ie11 not work either. solves problem. example, when tried real estate lawyers site, "home" page windows secrets came okay, when clicked on "internet explorer , edge" forum page, ie went "loop" again. resolve problem, used task manager shut ie down , start again. solved access forum. situation not seem occur every url go to, although returning google creates situation. questions are:

problem unknowingly creating did not happen under old win 8.1?

problem ie11 under win 10 pro?

there adjustment in tools>internet options>advanced selections need "fix"?

problem url trying access? maybe isn't set ie 11 and/or win 10 pro?

there problem/situation don't know causing situation?

insight or thoughts might care share appreciated problem beginning drive me $%^&*().
