Computer crash with code win32kfullsys - Microsoft Community


hi grandaughter on tower computer yesterday , message came saying computer has found problem , needs fix restart. left job quite few hours seemed stick on 15% . decided turn off last night , turn on again morning still wont turn on. seems struggling boot up. there on here can me please. appreciated. thank you
