Cortana live tile suddenly stopped working on L640 - Microsoft Community


about week ago cortana's live tile stopped working on l640. working fine till then.  affects see on band 2.  if phone's live tile not work, band gets no cortana updates.  there have been no updates installed on l640 since last monthly several weeks ago.  not running insider stuff.  production only.  no cortana setting changes months.  running w10m creators v1703, latest build latest updates. else running normally.

i tried warm restart, unpinning/repining cortana tile on phone no avail.   other suggestions?

this more of software issue after update, best windows 10 mobile creator's update experience, recommended hard reset phone , start scratch. clear the  issues experiencing phone. hard reset phone, go settings > system > about > reset phone.
