Error code c101b000 - Microsoft Community


hello,

i've seen various posts situation. in case it's been 2 days already, need able install whatsapp communicate, if continue have error i'll go , buy android phone. 

there way fix or have keep waiting on microsoft?

windows 8.1 lumia cyan

its windows phone store outage.  they have problem on servers, nobody can download apps until fixed
