Error loading player: no playable sources found - Microsoft Community


my surface 2 has developed error.  when try steam videos (eg through hotline.to) error error loading player no playable sources found.  surface runs windows 8.1 , error since updated earlier today.  laptop runs windows 10 , has same issues.

tried find answer no luck.

are facing problem in different pcs or using different browser?

the error related website , better contact support.
