Grayed Out Folders on Lumia 635 When Trying to Transfer Music From - Microsoft Community

i trying copy music desktop (i transferred itunes music kies , want transfer lumia 635).  i see number of files when drag kies, when try drop them music folder onto lumia 635, circle slash through it, meaning won't let me this.  microsoft useless.  i have been trying locate windows phone app desktop on 30 minutes now.  all can find forums it.  what app called in store?  i not find there either.  this why buying samsung phone today , throwing lumia 635 in trash.  geez!  

background info:  (my lumia 635 gift son, who's on cricket.  i on t-mobile.  cricket , t-mobile worked unlock phone, features not working.  for instance, cannot receive/send group messages or mms msgs.  why?  t-mobile supposedly opened ticket help.  i received 1 or 2 mms msgs day, none after that.  i message says "getting media content", never does.)

regarding issue transferring phone pc phone, have tried dragging music files 1 one?

as issue on receiving mms, have checked t-mobile if device have correct apn settings? might reason why phone having issues getting mms.
