HELP! I can't take screenshot - Microsoft Community

updated lumia 532 windows 10 recently. loved apps when pressed power , volume take screenshot, can't take screenshot. appeared "couldn't take screenshot" on upper left of screen. tried reset phone. rename d folders of pictures , screenshots nothing happened. can't still take screenshots. 1 more thing, whenever i   receive files other devices via bluetooth doesn't appear on phone/files. please me need screenshot , files have been received via bluetooth. thankyou!
