!)-  why there no button french language?

2)- why can't find clock bases on 24 hours in french?

3)- why microsoft system isn't expect bill gate... simplicity to,  access, simplicity in logic in many situations public has deal with?

4)- since set -up in hotmail changed, when searching past emails in strolling down button, doesn't seem right see search disappear process jump nothing, ?

5)- many changes, add-on, etc., without forgetting skype... added email account when don't want way?

6)- why 2 technicians microsoft worked @ distance on re-installing windows 7 , home premium few days ago , took many hours of time , each 1 of them didn't expected them in process yesterday went computer technician install webcam wasn't right,  the process asked him check 64 g  usb bought specially process supposed store data, told me there nothing frorm windows 7 , home premium stored!

so, type of technician worked microsoft have discontinued "chat line "without knowledge , unsertanding , not knowing if did changes agreed do?

don't know build on over build 16188 there option french language in settings.

i reboot public build  15063 see if working there , edit reply image if missing or not.:)
