Text messages no longer being read out, or being unable to respon to, - Microsoft Community


re nokia 650 windows phone , bluetooth, driving in car.  last couple of weeks or so, facility has not been working properly.  told have received text message while driving and given option read our ignore when ask read, facility switches off , doesn't read out.  have been able receive 3 messages/respond to in total.  this annoying!  used work before.  have gone through settings , visited ee shop but to no avail - can advise has happened , how rectify it, pls?

you know setting in cortana, top left menu, settings.

try soft reset

a soft reset not lose data. pulling battery.

hold volume down button , power button down until phone vibrates, release. takes 10 seconds. phone shutdown , restart.
