Build 15007 does NOT start downloading - Microsoft Community


on surface pro 3, i5, 256. on build 15002.

build 15007 is showing available update not downloading. download screen 'some updates available', along download progress meter....but absolutely no activity. has been way on 4 hours.

anyone out there have solution??

i have similar issues both surface pro 3 , lenovo thinkpad yoga. update appears start downloading , forever stays @ 0%. ran the windows 10 update troubleshooter, cleared the windows\softwaredistribution folder, stopped , started windows update service. nothing seems help.
