cant download apps - Microsoft Community

hi have nokia 925 on windows 8.1 working fine lots of memory went install stopwatch app , stick on download long time tryd app , game , same result stuck on download . have not changed settings know going on? help.

in case scenario happens, here settings can able download app again:

• check wi-fi , mobile data connection. if possible try use different wi-fi.
• make sure microsoft account configured properly, see link.
• cancel pending downloads, , soft reset by
  pressing , holding volume down + power buttons until phone restarts.
• make sure date , time correct. in settings>
  date+time> turn automatically off> set current date & time , time zone manually.
• change location of apps being downloaded sd card phone memory.
