Error opening the store - Microsoft Community

i have been problem in opening store error 805a8011 showing. can do?

this problem caused low storage space on phone.

• delete photos, music or videos free space.

to work properly, os needs free space. have free space deleting photos, music , other stuff. can fix error.

important! try free @ least 100mb of free space on phone. if problem not resolved, follow next method.

method 2: try manually synchronize microsoft account:

• go “settings”.
• tap on “email + accounts”.
• tap , hold on “microsoft account“.
• tap on “synchronize“.

after synchronizing, the error code 805a8011 in windows phones most solved. also, check if “date , time” settings correct , change them manually. if problem still persist, follow next method.

method 3:

• at first, connect windows mobile device wi-fi or internet data.
• go to mail.live.com and create new microsoft live account.
• now, open “settings“. tap on “emails + accounts“.
• now, tap on add “email“.
• now, select microsoft account , type microsoft account’s credentials (username , password).

this fix error code. can install or update apps on windows phone easily. if problem not resolved follow next method.

method 4: reset phone windows phone 8.1:

• go “settings”.
• tap on “about”.
• tap on “reset phone”.
• now, 2 warning prompt on screen. tap “yes” , move forward.
• you have “reset phone”.

now, error code 805a8011 in windows phones has been solved. can install or update apps on windows phone easily.

windows phone 8:

• switch off windows phone device.
• now, press , hold volume down key , plug-in charger. now, phone start showing an exclamatory sign (!) on screen.
• now, press keys shown below in given order.
  • volume up
  • volume down
  • power
  • volume down

• now, windows phone restart.
• you have reset phone.
