Failed Windows Phone 10 upgrade, error 0x80070002 Help please - Microsoft Community


hello, have lumia 1520 , have windows phone 8.1 , trying update windows 10 (using app update helper) wouldn't install , give me error 0x80070070 though there enough space. after couple of failed attempts decided better hard reset , update there escape error, after reset got new error during upgrade 0x80070002 , keeps persisting. don't know do. how upgrade windows phone 10?

now continued trying can't download it, have the c1130006 error :(

after attempt remove simcard , soft reset got 1 more error  0x80070098. 

use recovery tool return latest update on 8.1
