0x80070002 upgrade error, this problem occurs when files in update missing, though update downloaded , extracted successfully. follow below steps , check if helps.

1. charge battery. make sure device charged before update. if it's not, may need plug in , wait before can finish installing update.

2. connect wi‑fi. you'll download updates more when connected wi‑fi. if need download updates using cellular data connection, make sure shows 3g, 4g, or lte. if have 2g or 2.5g (edge) connection, you'll prompted updates won't able download them until have faster cellular data connection or connect wi‑fi.

3.  free space. if don’t have enough space on device update it, remove files can no longer need.

4. try again. if you’re getting error, wait bit , try again.

5. restart device. if device freezes during updates, restart update on track.
