Lumia 640 xl update stack at 8% - Microsoft Community


>i trying update lumia 640xl windows 10 upgrade advisor, more 2gig free space , gets 8% , doesnt move again.....any fix? thanx in advance

we suggest perform soft reset. press , hold volume down and power button until phone vibrates , restarts. note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears). after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists.
