microsoft edge outlook email not open; shows blank screen when open email!!

hi thomas, 

to assist concern, need following information: 

  • what troubleshooting steps have doneso far? 

  • have made changes before encountered issue? 

  • are trying open mail through web browser or through mail app?

in meantime, let's run troubleshooter windows apps and try opening email again.

let see how goes.
