my laptop having trouble downloading apps.takes long down load'if trys down load @ all.whats up.help.this sucks!!!

this issue might cause of store app cache being damaged or corrupted.

we suggest follow process below on how troubleshoot issue:

  • press windows key + r key open run.

  • type wsreset.exe and press enter.

we wait response.
