takes multiple attempts open phone. press key on side of phone, huge delay before screen anything. doesn't allow me open security screen , enter password unlock phone. why?

we suggest perform soft reset. press , hold volume down and power button until phone vibrates , restarts. note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears). after performing soft reset try check if issue persists.

if soft reset didn't work, suggest perform hard reset instead. can reset phone under settings: settings  > > reset phone. make sure of files before performing hard reset. go to settings  > update , security > backup >more options > now.
