Reformat pc using windows 10 update and recovery error - Microsoft Community

i reformat pc using update & security after no os found. keeps on restarting pc, please how recover os without purchasing os.

i suggest latest iso file downloaded usb/dvd boot drive. re-install w10 os boot drive. use usb tool-rufus (free) boot installs.

(instructions work w10 too)

if pc digitally activated w10  then have no worries having purchase again.
