Reseting windows phone - Microsoft Community

i having lumia 1320. have 4 issues:

1. contacts not available. how unhide them?

2. free space in phone memory '0' bytes though when data in sd card. how recover free space?

3. resetting phone erase contact data?

4. cortana not available. how make available?
