and 640xl not supported these options:

make sure have compatible phone—such microsoft lumia 650, 650 dual sim, 950 or 950 xl—running windows 10 , microsoft wallet app

you'll need windows 10 mobile native phone such mentioned 650/950 range or hp or alcatel phone
