know win 10s software allow syncing later model android devices running system 64 win pro , software appears more compatible android 4.4.2 older win sys 32 apps which i believe have limitations and could possibly conflict various win 10 applications. pair hp 2000 win 10 pro android , transfer media files via bluetooth as-well set remote desktop on laptop can access file using android 4.4.2. thank you.
