Windows server licensing - Microsoft Community

we have 1 requirement win 2016 std server

physical server 2 * 10 core cpu

he needs create 2 vm’s on it

on 1 vm load win 2008 r2 ent server and on win 2012 std server.

please suggest how many licenses of win 2016 std server have purchase
