problem of phone not rebooting after update caused micro sd card in phone. remove micro sd card  and unit reboot more case if sd card of 64 gb. had problem tried , without again , worked straight away without micro card inserted. may card big have not tried 32 gb. hope other found out myself deductions such as: sim working , reboot in other phone, unit reboot without sd in put sim sd card problem start removed sd card problem solved. helen

there several potential issues when using sd memory cards in mobile phone, , wish more people apply logic do.

as pointed out by abi99 (2) in post here ... may come down interoperability issues in software, not possible recommend 1 make, model , capacity.

my rants on sd poor quality , counterfeit memory cards.

anyway, if fresh format in phone (after backup of pictures, videos etc.) not resolve issues better replace sd card, maybe try reputable brand.

i used pay $25 or more per 36 colour pictures in 1980's see no reason try further recovery of $25-50 storage media holds thousands of pictures.
