Cannot hear incoming calls / Removing headphones crashes Groove - Microsoft Community

i'm not sure if these issues related when receive phone call cannot hear anything, can hear me, tried loudspeaker doesn't work either. restart fixes while..

i have issue if remove headphones device groove music crashes instantly (whether music playing or not) restart fixes it, takes double restart..

are these known issues? there workarounds? kinda pointless having phone cannot hear incoming calls.

device lumia 550.

build 14393.693.

headphones generic sony (no buttons), work in every other device.

to verify if issue software related. suggest perform hard reset. can reset phone under settings: settings  > > reset phone. make sure of files before performing hard reset. go to settings  > update , security > backup >more options > now.
