every .pdf try , open on 16193 / 17507-1300 edge gives error "couldn’t open pdf"

for give appropriate resolution, can confirm if have other pending updates windows 10? also, have pdf reader installed on computer? instances, there antivirus programs interrupt files or applications opened , this, have third-party antivirus programs installed?
