Disc usage, Ram usage CPU usage - Microsoft Community

okay computer randomly fluxuates in cpu usage ram usage, , disc usage 0-100 goes , down, ive disable ground devices, shows in there tutorial. still no fix, checked resource monitor, , says "system" 200x's kimd of ridiculous, ive had microsoft representatives take remote control of computer through logmeinrescue etc, said computer fine virus'[s that's not problem.. unfortunately wish was. simple fix of remove , move on! starting upset me. microsoft shit together. windows 10 os not able game on ever... need remove, or add less.
