i can't. solve issue please me

this because facebook has stopped support older os'ses.

i think have windows phone 8.! or older os. not supported facebook messenger.

if phone listed upgradeable  windows 10 mobile, should consider upgrade.

facebook messenger support windows 10 mobile.

if phone not upgradeable windows 10 mobile have start using facebook website messenger options.

or new phone.
